    * A copy of a Student enrollment card for 2024 is essential
    * Registration fee for non-scientist companions (spouse or family): 100 EUR per person:
     it includes access to the sessions, opening and closing ceremonies and coffee breaks.
     
    Registration fee covers during the conference days:
    • Welcome reception
    • Coffee breaks
    • ICAANE bag
    • Name badge
    • Admission to all Plenaries, Oral and Poster Sessions
    • Admission to Exhibition area
    • The Opening Ceremony 

    in addition to:
    • Publish (free of charge) in the proceedings and special issues.

    Please be informed that:
    • The registration fee does not cover the cost of meals, and lodging.
    • Numerous affordable dining options exist around the University main building.
    • Lyon has a broad variety of hotel options and it is easy to find where to stay on a budget in this city (see Practical information).
    • It is advised that you reserve your lodging several months in advance to prevent price increases.
    • The registration fee cannot be paid on-site at the registration desk. Payment can only be made online.

  • Payment

  • The following payment methods are accepted :

    • Credit Card : VISA - Mastercard, for online payment using a secure site.
    • Bank transfer :
    1. To the bank account of Insight Outside at Crédit Coopératif.
    2. Bank account details available at confirmation step.
    3. All bank charges for the registrants account.
    • Order form : from French institutions only

  • Cancellation policy

  • Delegates who find themselves unable to attend 14th ICAANE after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations should be notified in writing by e-mail to registration@14icaane.inviteo.fr
     
    • Cancellations until 30th April 2025 : 50€ for administrative costs
    • Cancellations from 1st to 31st May 2025 : 50% penalty
    • Cancellations after 31st May 2025 : no refund - 100% penalty

  • Data processing (GDPR)

  • The information that you will enter into the registration form will be subject to computer processing by Insight Outside. It is processed by computer for the organisers in order to manage the logistic organisation of the 14th ICAANE.

    The list of recipients of the data will be strictly limited to the following suppliers of the Symposium:
    • Registration management: Insight Outside
    • Submission management: Insight Outside

  • Photography

  • In conformity with European regulations, 14th ICAANE delegates are informed that photos or videos will be taken by members of the organising committee or their photographer(s) during the conference and within the conference sites, and that they may be photographed or filmed. They authorise the committee to reproduce and communicate to the public the photos or images taken.
