  • Registration desk and cloakroom

  • Registration desk hours:
    • Monday 2 June: 08:00-18:00
    • Tuesday 3 June: 08:00-18:00
    • Wednesday 4 June: 08:00-18:00
    • Thursday 5 June: 08:00-18:00
    • Friday 6 June: 08:00-17:00

    A cloakroom is available near the registration desk, in Salle de reception. But for security reasons, we suggest that you leave your belongings at your hotel.
    For ‘Lost and found’ items: please check at the registration desk.
  • Badges info

  • For security reasons, you are required to wear your badge at all times while at the Conference.
    Conference badges give access to the welcome reception, sessions, posters, exhibition, coffee breaks, official ceremonies. And other events related to the Conference (museum visits, excursions, nursery…).
  • Working rooms

  • You will find two working rooms in Déméter 006 and Déméter 047.
    A Printer is available for you at the registration desk.
  • Food, Breaks and Receptions

  • Food restriction and allergies
    We have carefully designed our menu to accommodate a wide range of dietary preferences and restrictions. A variety of options will be available, including vegan and gluten-free choices. All food items will be clearly labelled, with ingredients and potential allergens indicated and accessible to all participants.
    The products served are organic, sourced from local agriculture and providers, in line with our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. We are also taking steps to reduce waste and minimize our carbon footprint throughout the event.

    Coffee breaks
    The coffee breaks are served in Palais Hirsch 1st floor (Salle de reception), Déméter and Bélénos courtyards.
    • Morning coffee breaks: 11:00-11:30
    • Afternoon coffee breaks: 15:30-16:00

    Lunches
    Registration fees do not include lunches. You can find many snacks and restaurants in the neighborhood.

    Receptions
    • The Cocktail Reception will take place on Monday 2 July from 18:30 to 20:00 in Cour Centrale.
    • The Cocktail Dinner will take place on Wednesday 4 July from 19:30 to 21:30 in Cour d’Honneur.
  • Poster session

  • The poster session will take place in Palais Hirsch - 1st floor (Salle de reception), Atrium and courtyard (Cour d’Honneur).
    • Poster session: Wednesday 4 June - 11:30-12:30
    • The posters will be displayed from June 2 to June 6.
  • WIFI

  • The "Invite-Lyon2" network is specifically intended for external visitors who do not have a Lyon 2 or other higher education institution computer account. Access is very simple and requires no prior configuration. The process to obtain temporary credentials valid for 12 hours involves registration and is done via SMS or email. You can renew your access during the week. If you are affiliated with a higher education institution that is a member of Eduroam/EduSpot you can connect using your university credentials via EDUSPOT.

    The dress code for the conference and social events is casual/informal.

    English is the official language of the conference.
